All garments are individually crafted to your measurements. Production time varies based on the designer’s schedule and your event date.

Customs & Duties Information

The listing price is inclusive of tariffs, customs duties, and import taxes for EU customers. For the USA and other non-EU destinations, applicable import fees are not included and will be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival.

Buyers are responsible for any additional tariffs, duties, or fees that may apply at the recipient’s country customs. We do not take any responsibility for delays caused by customs procedures.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

As each garment is custom-made to your exact measurements, we cannot accommodate changes, returns, or refunds after an order has been placed and production has begun.

What if I do not receive the order on time?

Production of the dress or cape takes approximately 2–12 months. This time depends on the designer’s schedule and your stated wedding date. This timeframe is not inclusive of shipping times.

If your event is approaching and you are concerned about timing, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to accommodate urgent requests with Express Delivery and Rush Order options.

Where are the dresses and capes shipped from?

The Atelier is located in Riga, Latvia.
