Before measuring: Wear a well-fitted underwire bra with no push-up padding.

Measure your full height from the crown of your head to your heels, without shoes. Also note your wedding shoe heel height if applicable.

Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust.

Measure from one armpit to the other across the front of your body.
