By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. All garments are made-to-order and custom-tailored to your individual measurements. Therefore, special conditions apply to ordering, production, and delivery.
When selecting your size, please choose the size you wear on a daily basis or refer to the detailed size chart provided on this website. This selection serves as a preliminary reference only.
During checkout, you must provide:
- A valid email address
- A contact telephone number
Within 48 hours of your order, you will receive an email with a detailed measurement form and step-by-step instructions. Accurate completion of this form is essential for the production of your garment.
The production of your dress or cape takes approximately 1 to 12 months, depending on the designer’s current schedule and your stated wedding or event date. This timeframe does not include shipping time.
If your event is less than 2 months away, please contact us before placing your order at sherbonclothing@gmail.com to discuss feasibility and available options, including Express Delivery and Rush Order services.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide accurate, complete, and verifiable body measurements as requested in the measurement form.
Sherbon Clothing is not liable for garments that do not fit due to incorrect or incomplete measurements submitted by the customer. Minor discrepancies resulting from natural fabric behaviour or handmade construction are not considered defects.
While we make every effort to adhere to estimated production timelines, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material availability, workload, or global logistics) may affect delivery.
If you have not received your order by the expected date, please contact us immediately. However, please note that production lead times are clearly communicated at the time of order, and delays caused by late measurement submission or customer-side changes are not our responsibility.
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.
As each piece is individually crafted to your specifications after order confirmation, we cannot accommodate cancellations, refunds, or size exchanges once production has begun.
You must select your preferred shipping method during checkout:
- Standard Delivery – economical, with tracking
- Express Delivery – via trusted couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT)
Final delivery time depends on your region and chosen service. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout.
The listed price includes all applicable tariffs, customs duties, and import taxes for customers in the European Union.
For customers outside the EU (including the USA, Canada, Australia, and Asia), local import fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the price and will be charged by your country’s customs authority upon arrival.
Sherbon Clothing is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
